The 2009 Color Vote was a vote made to decide a possible new color for penguins to wear. The voting was held from July 24–29 (along with the Music Jam 2009), and the color choices were Lavender, Aqua, and Maroon.

- This was the second time Lavender was proposed, and, once again, lost, this time against Aqua and originally against Lime Green.
