The 2nd Year Party Hat, sometimes referred to as the 2nd Anniversary Party Hat or the 2007 Party Hat is an extremely rare Party Hat in Club Penguin. It was only given away during the 2nd Anniversary Party.

- It appeared in the 2nd Anniversary Party wallpaper.
- It is the first and only hat to be obtained in the Book Room.
- It appeared on the cover of the Yearbook 2008-2009.
- It appeared in issue #260 of the Club Penguin Times
- It appeared on a shelf in the Coffee Shop during the 5th Anniversary Party and 8th Anniversary Party.
- It appeared on the 6th Anniversary Party Login Screen along with all the other party hats except the 6th Year Party Hat.
- Penguins wear this on the 4th Anniversary postcard, Party at my Igloo postcard, as well as the Igloo Party postcard.
Trivia
- This is also the first and currently only party hat not be hidden in the Coffee Shop (excluding the Beta Hat which isn't considered an anniversary hat).
- This is the only Party Hat that has very similar colors.
- If you wear this Anniversary Hats or any other Anniversary Hats (apart from the 7th Anniversary Hat and the Snow Beta Hat) and go to the Fire Dojo or Water Dojo, Sensei will comment "I see you're wearing an Anniversary Hat. I like pointy hats."
