- Unlike previous Anniversary Hats, Sensei did not make a comment if the player wore this and then talked to him in the Fire Dojo or Water Dojo. All Anniversary Hats as of this one have also lacked such dialogue.
- The 7th Anniversary Hat Pin was directly modeled after this hat.
- The Funny Hat Week Background had a similar pattern and colors.
- The 10th Anniversary Hat used similar colors.
