- It was the seventh anniversary party after Disney bought Club Penguin in 2007- the first being the 2nd Anniversary Party.
- It was the third time that the Anniversary Party has been celebrated during a Halloween Party.
- It was the first anniversary party to start on October 24 since the 4th Anniversary Party.
- There is a special birthday music video, called "It's Your Birthday!", guest starring Teen Beach Movie's Jordan Fisher, who played Seacat.[2]
- It was the first Anniversary Party to last for a week.
- The Yearbook 2012-2013 was released at this party.
- Just like the 1st and 7th anniversary parties, the Book Room was not decorated.
- This was the second anniversary party to give away more than one free item. The first was the 3rd Anniversary Party.
