The Bell was a hand item in Club Penguin. All players could obtain it for free at the Beach or Plaza during Coins for Change in 2007 and 2008, both of which ended a few days into the Christmas Party 2007 and Christmas Party 2008 respectively. It also cost 50 tickets in The Fair 2015 Prizes Catalog, and all players could buy it.

Trivia[]
- A similar item was the Silver Bell.
- While waving this item, regardless if any other items were worn or not, the player would wave the Bell, and it produced a dull sound.
- Because the special action could be performed while wearing other items, it meant that it could also be performed at the same time as other wave-activated special actions - provided that the player was able to wear both items at the same time.
- This did not work on the Club Penguin App as the player was unable to perform more than one special action at a time. This meant that when wearing the Whistle or Silver Whistle, the action could not be performed.
- Because the special action could be performed while wearing other items, it meant that it could also be performed at the same time as other wave-activated special actions - provided that the player was able to wear both items at the same time.
