The Black and Red Sailor Shirt is a body item in Club Penguin. It was released during Rockhopper's Arrival Party, which took place after the Save The Migrator Project was completed.

You could see a penguin wearing this item on the login screen during the expedition/party: Rockhopper's Quest in March 2012.
It looks similar in appearance to the Lighthouse Shirt, Sailor's Shirt, Aqua Striped T-Shirt and Violet Striped Shirt, although the colors are very different.
After the Rockhopper's Arrival Party ended, it was still available at the Beach for another week until Rockhopper left on May 5, 2008.
It was considered to be rare until it was re-released in Sushi Drop (a game in the Club Penguin app), and via Puffle Digging.
