The Blackout Quest Interface was an interface available at Operation: Blackout. Here, players could obtain 7 free items. There were six different tabs, each with a different task to progress through Herbert's Fortress.

Trivia[]
- The Spy Tablet that the Director of the EPF appeared on looked like the eReader.
- If a chapter was clicked that was not released yet, the Director would say "This operation is not ready. Check back for orders." in a voice deep and distorted with maybe some sort of voice amplifier.
- If the player was in an igloo, the icon was moved further towards the left.
- The date on the Spy Tablet showed the date where the selected chapter took place.
