The Blue Flippers are a pair of feet items in Club Penguin. They were first available in Rockhopper's Rare Items for 225 coins. They returned in the Costume Trunk for the Underwater Adventure play. They are also unlockable in the Series 4 Treasure Book. They were later available in the Penguin Style catalog.
