The Blue Mail Bag is a rare neck item in Club Penguin. It was only available after the July 2008 update of Penguin Mail. All penguins receive this item.

Trivia
- Only penguins who signed up before the updates got the mailbag. If you joined afterward, you wouldn't get the postcard.
