The Blue Mail Bag is a rare neck item in Club Penguin. It was only available after the July 2008 update of Penguin Mail. All penguins could have received this item. Only penguins who signed up before the updates got the mailbag. If you joined afterward, you wouldn't get the postcard.
History
- This item could be collected from a postcard after the release of Penguin Mail on July 14, 2008. It was only available on that day.
