History
This item was released on July 12, 2010 in the Series 9 Treasure Book. Like most the items on Series 9 exclusives, they look similar to the some of the items in the April 2010 Penguin Style catalog. It used to say "undefined" as it's name. This was fixed. It is not seen to often.
