Issue 118 of the Club Penguin Times, published on January 17, 2008.
If the player was an agent, a message in Tic-Tac-Toe Code reading "ATTENTION AGENT" would appear in the corner. Upon being clicked, a letter appeared, which contained a message in Tic-Tac-Toe Code. The message read:
The PSA is almost ready to question the crab
Further instructions coming soon
PS this message will self destruct"
If the X in the corner of the letter was clicked, the letter would crumple up and explode.
