The Costume Trunk when Night of the Living Sled: Live was showing at the Stage was available a total of 3 times, first appearing October 20, 2011. This version of the Costume Trunk did not appear in the play's showings since June 2014, due to the Costume Trunk being changed to permanently contain items from all plays. Items could only be bought by players with membership.
The 2011 edition had 11 secret items, and the 2013 edition had 2 secret items. There were no secret items in 2012.

From October 2011 through January 2012, the Costume Trunk also included costumes from the five plays featured at the Penguin Play Awards 2010. These pages were identical to the ones from the 2010 edition of the Penguin Play Awards Costume Trunk, but with a few added secrets. The blurbs that appeared when hovering over a play's logo was retained as well.
