This is the dark chamber! Wait... who turned out the lights? Make sure you don't trip... ...and watch out for monsters that may be lurking...

The Dark Chamber was a party rooms that appeared at the Halloween Party 2010 and Halloween Party 2011 in Club Penguin. The entire room was completely dark, except for its entrance, where a single torch was placed. A box of Storm Lanterns was placed next to the room's entrance.

If the player wore either either the Storm Lantern, Flashlight, or Lantern, light would surround them. This light was only visible from the player's own screen, and not to other players. The player could also wear the Dark Vision Goggles in order to see the entire room, in a green color. Wearing an item that allowed for seeing in the dark caused the torch at the entrance to go out until the item was removed.

Trivia

• The item Garys Coat provided the same green-colored vision as the Dark Vision Goggles, allowing staff that were acting as Gary the Gadget Guy to see in the room.
