EPF Recruitment was a postcard in Club Penguin. It could be sent to another player for 10 coins from the Postcard Catalog if the player was an Elite Penguin Force agent. Clicking "Go There!" transported the player to the solo version of the Everyday Phoning Facility, to take the Elite Penguin Force test.
The text and "Go There!" button are never fully visible, and no more than a portion appears at once, around the mouse cursor.
