The EPF Rooftop is the roof of the Everyday Phoning Facility building. This room can be accessed by a hole, made by Herbert P. Bear after the Medieval Party 2011, during the Battle of Doom. You could get the Blue/Red/Yellow Hydra Head along with the EPF Badge Pin and 3 Field-Op Medals if you defeated the Hydra Bot. On June 6, 2011, Herbert left the rooftop.
