An Extra-Planetary Federation Agent is a penguin employed by the Extra-Planetary Federation to help protect the universe from threats, such as the Ultimate Proto-Bot 10000. Once they join, they have access to the Space Academy (a.k.a. the Extra Planetary Federation HQ) where they can do meetings and practice their skills for the EPF.
