The Blue Pennant was an award in Club Penguin. It could have been obtained by completing the secret task of PSA Mission 7: Clockwork Repairs. In order to obtain it, players had to give the two Blue Team members that they helped during the mission a replacement target, which was a life ring. Two different life rings could have been obtained during the mission, one in the Gadget Room, and another in the Sport Shop, although only one was needed.

- The Spanish version of this award's icon completely lacked text. A similar oddity was present on the Spanish icon of the Mission 7 Medal.
