The Magic Cookie Recipe is a recipe to make special cookies that can allow any Penguin to transform into Reindeer Puffles, Road Racers, or Frost Bites. It was found by Rockhopper and Yarr in the Temple of Cookies, proven in Club Penguin Times Issue #373. Rockhopper used them to fundraise Coins for Change during the Holiday Party 2012.

- Once you eat a cookie, you can only stay a Frost Bite, Reindeer Puffle, or Road Racer for ten minutes, unless you eat another cookie. Each cookie costs 100 coins to buy in the Bakery at the Snow Forts. These coins will be donated to Coins for Change. You can choose which Coins for Change charity you wish to donate to; then click transform to become the species of your choice.
- Non-members can only be Road Racers, but members have the option of becoming either a Road Racer, Frost Bite or a Reindeer Puffle.
