The unused variant hoodie
- Like other old hoodies, it had its price changed from 400 to 300 coins in the September 2010 Penguin Style catalog.
- In an old version of Club Penguin's common swf files from early 2006, which included every clothing item's icon and paper, as well as many popups, there was a paper swf (what is shown on a Player Card) for a variant of the Black Hoodie that had a "CP" logo on it. No information is included in the files about this item beyond its ID being 223, which was later used for the Green Hoodie.
