The Binoculars 3000 are long distance binoculars invented by Gary the Gadget Guy. They are used in PSA Mission 9: Operation: Spy & Seek to spy on Herbert P. Bear when he was at his camp.

- They have a recording ability if connected with a Spy Phone.
- A secret message encoded with both the Columnar Transposition Cipher (keyed "ABCD") and the Tic-Tac-Toe Code can be seen looping in the top right corner of the screen when using the binoculars in PSA Mission 9. When decoded, the message translates to "WHICH WAY IS SOUTH ", however each column begins the message with a different word in the phrase.
