Flit is a Green Elite Puffle. He appears in both Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force and Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge games, as well as The Great Puffle Switch and "Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic" books. He has the ability to fly and retrieve objects that penguins can't reach. Although his normal 'flying into enemies' attack is weak, he can cut the ropes of things on balloons, like anvils and coffee bags to drop on enemies' heads.

- In the Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force game, Jet Pack Guy said in Mission 8: "Well, Flit here flies faster than a snail tied to a rocket or even a penguin with a jetpack. It's impressive, really!". This was a reference to Rocketsnail Games.
- Jet Pack Guy states that he "gets a real kick" out of working with Flit.
- In Mission 13, there may be a glitch that makes Flit not able to cut the ropes off the balloon and drop the anvil on the Ultimate Proto-Bot 10000's head.
- There is a hoodie in the Series 16 Treasure Book based on Flit.
- He appears in the new "You're Watching Disney Channel" bumper with Jet Pack Guy.
- According to the Ultimate Puffle Poster, he is rumored to be Rookie's "secret sidekick", but that "Rookie may not have noticed".
