Jet Pack Guy seen in the Gift Shop Office in PSA Mission 11: The Veggie Villain
The Gift Shop Office is the Gift Shop Manager's office located on the second floor of the Gift Shop. It is accessible from a staircase behind a door on the bottom-left corner of the Gift Shop, but can only be seen in secret missions.
A computer is located in the room, and another door leads to the Gift Shop Rooftop.
In issue 76 of The Penguin Times, the manager's friends comment that this office is normally "scattered".
