It was available for all players to collect at the Dock during the Winter Luau 2006, and by visiting Tato Maxx's anniversary party. It is the second rarest item, after the Party Hat. If you wear this with no other clothes on or with the Grass Skirt and dance, you will start hula dancing. You can also do the same dance if you are wearing the Blue Lei.
