Herbert is one of Aunt Arctic's puffles. He is rather grumpy, and will refuse to take baths and the like.

- Herbert appeared on Aunt Arctic's new Player Card.
- According to issue #523 of the Club Penguin Times, Aunt Arctic named this puffle after Herbert P. Bear, due to both black puffles and Herbert being grumpy, although Aunt Arctic stated her puffle is much better behaved and pleasant than the real Herbert.
- While he first appeared in the Case of the Missing Puffles, Herbert P. Bear first appeared in Questions for a Crab, so it is unknown how Aunt Arctic could have named him after Herbert. However he may have been unnamed at the time.
