Luckily, puffle-loving penguins were able to rescue and raise the abused puffles back to health, and Herbert was charged $100,000,000 in Club Penguin coins for abuse to puffles. When Herbert claimed he had absolutly NO money for that (really, he dosen't.), an angry mob ordered Herbert to give back their frying pans, and then the EPF arrested Herbert, and this time they kept a VERY CLOSE eye on him. - The fish population decreased during Herbert's iceberg journey to Club Penguin due to the fact that he used the ocean as a Porta Pottey.

If Herbert activates this and fails, half of the island will be blown away. If he succeeds, Club Penguin is history. This can be stopped by not letting Herbert activate the glass on the popcorn.
