The Lightbulb Hunt was a party/event in Club Penguin that took place during the Lighthouse Donation event. The free item was the Lighthouse Background, which you could obtain once you completed the Scavenger Hunt.

Lightbulb Hunt Clues
- On one side are pets, furry and sweet, on the other side food, that's yummy to eat.
- Stored away, near a wooden box, you'll find an animal that rocks.
- Surround sound, flashy floor, look up high, you'll find one more.
- Surfing pro? Then come around to the tracks underground.
- All the water's icy cold, except for here (so I've been told).

- Plaza (between the Pet Shop and the Pizza Parlor). (Lightbulb 1)
- Lodge Attic (on the rocking horse). (Lightbulb 2)
- Night Club (behind the speaker on the upper left). (Lightbulb 3)
- Mine (on a cart). (Lightbulb 4)
- Boiler Room (in one of the crates). (Lightbulb 5)
Trivia
- This was the third Scavenger Hunt ever in Club Penguin.
- The prize for the Lightbulb Hunt, the Lighthouse Background, has since returned in the Penguin Style.
- This Scavenger Hunt was first announced by Billybob on September 13, 2006 in a Club Penguin blog post
