- The Medieval Party did not return in 2014 despite being a Club Penguin party staple since 2008.
- Excluding Rockhopper's Quest from 2012, 2014 was the first year to have a pirate party since 2008.
- 2014 was the first year since 2010, when the EPF became the main agency, to not have a party/mission.
- If the New Year's Days events are counted as one, then 2014 and 2009 tie with the second most parties and events in a single year, with 19 total.
