The Muppets are a group of puppets of many shapes, colors, and sizes, that achieved worldwide fame. They were created by Jim Henson in 1955. Muppets are known for their comedy shows, even alongside famous people/special guest stars.
In 2014, the main members of the Muppet kind arrived on Club Penguin Island to invite all penguins to a special trip around the world, the Muppets World Tour. During that time, penguins could obtain special costumes to impersonate that Muppet, and Muppet Masks to put your normal penguin in a Muppet style. As examples of the Muppets that were be able to be impersonated during the tour:
- Kermit the Frog
- Miss Piggy
- Fozzie Bear
- Gonzo the Great
- Animal
- Dr. Bunsen Honeydew
- Beaker
- Swedish Chef
- Pépe the King Prawn
- Walter
- Constantine
A costume of Muppet character Rowlf the Dog could have also been obtained via buying a 3 or 6 month membership card at Best Buy.
