Trivia

The rarest neck item is the Hawaiian Lei.
The Life Vest was a free item during Rockhopper's Quest, and was the first free non-member neck item to appear since the Santa Beard was released in the Christmas Party 2008.
There is a bait item, called Remove Neck Item. It is commonly found in CPPS's, or Hacking.
There are some penguins that can use two neck items at once, as Jet Pack Guy.
