The New Year's Day 2015 was an event to celebrate the start of 2015. It began on December 30, 2014, and ended on January 14, 2015. Fireworks appeared at the Iceberg and Ski Hill.[1]
Fireworks were brought to the web due to popular demand.[2]
If you waited long enough at the Ski Hill or Iceberg at the party, the normal paced fireworks would have been replaced by a volley of about 5 or 6 for a few seconds.
It was the longest New Year's event, lasting for two weeks, whereas past New Year's events have only lasted a few days.
