The Pirate Bandanna is a head item in Club Penguin. After completing the Paper Boat Scavenger Hunt, you had to go to the Cove, and drill where the red "X" was, and eventually you automatically obtained this. You need to have the Treasure Cove Background in order to get this item. This version is the same as the Puffle Bandana, except that the colors are reversed. They are quite rare now.
