The Puffle Hotel Balcony was a party room in Club Penguin. It was open during the Halloween Party 2014. You had to visit here to obtain an activation pad for Gariwald's machine.
The puzzle in this room consisted of answering the gargoyle's questions with various emoticons, including the "smile" face, the "wink" face, the "sick" face, and the "sad" face. After answering them with the corresponding emoticons, you could obtain the activation pad device.
