The Puffle Hotel Spa was the second floor of the Puffle Hotel, a three floor hotel for puffles, located in the Plaza, beside the Pet Shop. Here in the spa, which also functioned as a gym, puffles could exercise on treadmills or with weights, or be cleaned off and rest at the spa.
The left side of the spa was the gym portion, where there were step platforms, weights, treadmills, and a punching bag, as well as an elevator that could take players to either the lobby or roof. The right side was the spa, which had several chairs and many shelves with grooming products.

The Puffle Hotel Spa opened on March 21, 2013, during the Puffle Party 2013.
On November 20, 2013, the objects puffles could use to increase their stats were slightly changed to include icons (a ball for the step boards, and a comb for the grooming chairs).
Parties[]
- During the Halloween Party 2014, the spa, along with the rest of the hotel, were taken over by ghost puffles. Various objects were floating, the soap turned green, a large pumpkin replaced the punching bag in the gym portion, there were images of ghosts in the mirrors, and various objects changed color. In subsequent years, it was decorated mostly the same.
Trivia[]
- If a snowball was thrown in the spa side of the room, a soap bubble was thrown instead. If it hit a penguin, they would be covered in bubbles until they moved.
