The Smoothie Smash Grand Opening is an event in Club Penguin that will happen during the Adventure Party: Temple of Fruit, after efforts to defeat Big-Big Kahuna. It will start on August 30, 2012, and end on September 5, 2012. During the event, the Coffee Shop will be given a permanent, more modern look, and the Smoothie Shop in the corner will be added. There will be a huge GRAND OPENING sign outside the shop in the Town Center.
Trivia
- The Coffee Shop will be completely refurnished and renovated with the new Smoothie Smash game. Many penguins are unhappy about this, while some other penguins are happy about this.
- It is one of the only events to not have a free item. Autographed backgrounds do not count. The only other event not to have a free item is the Fashion Show.
- A few Moderators will be meetable on server Snow Day at the Coffee Shop at 12:30 PM PST on Thursday.
