The Staff and Shield were a rare hand item in Club Penguin. Members could obtain them for free at the of Ye Knight's Quest (And Princesses too!) during the Medieval Party 2010 and Medieval Party 2011, while all players could obtain them for free the same way during the Medieval Party 2012.
