CHAPTER 1 THE THREAT OF DARTH HERBERT It is a time of grave danger. DARTH HERBERT and the evil Empire threaten the island. Join the rebel forces to battle Stormtroopers, steal the secret plans, and destroy the Death Star. Without your help, destruction is certain. Defeat the dark side and restore freedom to the galaxy...
Story[]
As the Millenium Falcon flees an Imperial Star Destroyer, Darth Herbert laughs, showing off his army of stormtroopers. The starship safely lands on Club Penguin Island, A Jedi, accompanied by an R2-D2 puffle, receives a message from Princess Cadence, asking for help. The Jedi ignites his lightsaber, ready for battle. Rebel Pilots then board their X-Wings and head up to space to destroy TIE Fighters, and the battle for the galaxy begins.
Controversy[]
The party was met with serious controversy before it had even begun. Many penguins thought that Club Penguin had crossed the line with takeovers. As a result, the official cinematic trailer received an overwhelming amount of dislikes.[1] However, Spike Hike later said that the negativity was mostly from internet trolls who were Star Wars fans.[2]
Trivia[]
- It was the first Club Penguin video to be in CGI (computer generated imagery), with the exception of Cadence, who was traditionally animated for this video.
