The Glimmer was a rare head item in Club Penguin. All players could unlock it from series 6 through 14 of the Treasure Book. Except for series 14, it was on the Super Exclusives page, and could only be accessed after redeeming five Treasure Book codes total across any series from December 15, 2009 until October 4, 2011.
