  • Well, from what I have heard of from people that have had experience of CPI, it was just a P2P. I can tell Disney wants lots of money only, and they have lost over 1 million dollars over the past three years. Although there's a reason. 3 years ago was 2014. 2013 and 2014 was when club penguin started going down. Also, 2014 was when Megg joined (happy77 was betterĀ :p). It was also Megg's idea for club penguin island to come to life. Lots of players, including me have said that Megg ruined clubpenguin. Her "great" ideas were not great. Her idea for CPI was not great. Though, her blogging was the only good part about her. Now, to talk about CPI again. It is just a P2P game. I've heard that you can only do the tutorial and the zipline as a non-member. You even have to be a member to have to buy things. They probably won't even have free items because they're money-hungry. Im an old 2007 CP player by the way, and I think Club Penguin (not island) should come back. Although many believe that it will never, it could. This was my favorite childhood game, and I still played it even when it went down.

    Bye, CP community.

    • It was not Megg's idea. She is a COMMUNITY manager. She announces the ideas to the community that are proposed by game designers.

    • the main responsible for CPI was spike hike, that was already enough blamed for the "new cp"

    • Spike Hike is also just an announcer. You won't know the programmers' name who suggested this

    • Me, too! I joined CP in 15 may 2016. Then I heard CP was shutting down. My 1st childhood game... Disney is really psycho and greedy!
