The Toughest Mountain is a dangerous mountain located in the wilderness of Club Penguin Island.The Toughest Mountain has blizzards, perilous cliffs, and frigid caverns. Climbing it is a challenge, which is how it got its name, and it has so far only been explored during the Mountain Expedition. During the Great Snow Race, it was revisited under the guise of a Sled Racing competition, although in reality, it was set up by the Elite Penguin Force to detain Herbert as part of Operation: Hibernation, who set up a base in a cave within the mountain.
