Global Thermo-Nuclear Mutant Shark War VII[]

Code named GT-NMSW7, was a war between several factions of penguin militaries, nations, factions, and other groups. The most notorious were the Preps, and the Penguins. This war was started in Penguin Year 2013 during Operation: Puffle. When Herbert devised his master plan which was to brain-wash puffles and dig a fortune for him. Once Herbert gained this massive amount of wealth, only nightmares could tell what he would do with them next.

Part 1: Herbert at Large[]

“	Klutzy! I have done it! I've finally done it! Haha! We're rich Klutzy, rich!	”

Chapter 1: A Dark Plan Brewing[]

--"Klutzy, grab me that screwdriver! " shouted Herbert P. Esquire. Klutzy the Crab scrambled for the screwdriver, knocking large amounts of tools around in the shiny red tool box. The cold, shimmering cave dripped with drops of water. Herbert was at a wooden desk scrambling on his new invention. Klutzy handed him the screwdriver, always eager to please his master. "Good, good, it's finally coming together, Klutzy. " said Herbert.

--" The Elite Penguin Fools will never stop me this time. I have finally devised my true master-plan. " explained Herbert. " They will never be able to crack my codes, my inventions, or my mind, of course. " said Herbert in an arrogant tone. " Today Klutzy, while the EPF dwindle at the face of my genius. " Click! Click! Klutzy snapped in excitement. " What are you doing! " shouted Herbert.

--"Grab me that hexagonal wrench, we have no time to waste! " screamed Herbert in a furious mood. Klutzy runs for the tool box but misses and hits the wall. The crab feels his eyes with his claw as if he had a headache. He shakes his head to regain balance and runs for the toolbox, then delivers the tool to Herbert. " Excellent, I have finally completed my invention. Now I shall rule Club Penguin! Muahahahahahahaha!!! " laughed Herbert.

Chapter 2: Brain-Wash[]

--"This line is Loooooooong." groaned Tyler. "Well, Quest for the Golden Puffle is a hit play that is really popular. I'm not surprised it stretched all the way from the Plaza to the Ski Village. " replied Luke. " I do wonder what they do in the Everyday Phoning Facility. " " Oh, that place. That's the secret cover for the EPF, an agency that protects Club Penguin. Everyone knows about it since that one guy in a fur suit built a cloud laser thingamagig. " explained Luke.

--Suddenly a burst came out of no where and stepping out came Herbert. " Good evnigst " said Herbert with a sticky voice. Herbert cleared his throat and repeated himself. " Good evening my fellow competition. " announced Herbert. " I have a new machine that makes your puffle dig TWICE as fast in HALF the time. These are state of the art Puffle Digging Helmets that get your puffle digging pronto. I am giving these away for FREE! Yes, I said it, FREE! So come and get your puffles digging you idiots, err, friends! "

--The entire Ski Village flooded with Penguins lining up to get puffles their new helmets. Lots of penguins immediately put their helmets on their pets and began puffle digging. Those with Golden, and Rainbow puffles had some issues. The puffles would refuse to put on the helmet, and if forced, it would not work. So Herbert improvised to get every penguin to get his product by giving out two for anyone who came with a normal puffle. Soon the island was scattered with holes of puffle digging. Then, Herbert set on his switch, the helmets shrunk and covered the puffles' eyes. The lights glowed a gloomy orange, and puffles marched in formation to greet their new master.

--" Hahahahahah! Klutzy, look at them all! They're mine now, mine! " exclaimed Herbert. Herbert was struck with joy on the success of his latest invention. He twiddled with his remote control and commanded the puffles to dig. When an orange puffle struck a treasure trove of golden coins. Herbert was surprised, and became so greedy, he swam in it. Soon hundreds of puffles poured into this trove to gather all the coins and deliver them to Herbert's Base. " I have done it! I've finally done it! Haha! We're rich Klutzy, rich! " shouted Herbert in everlasting joy.

Chapter 3: Herbert's Purchase[]

--When Herbert became rich and had more wealth than Club Penguin Central Government (CP-CG). He didn't know what to do with it, he spent a small fortune on heating and warming himself up. So Herbert found out about a diabolical creature known to Penguin as Pookies. After the cure for Zookies was found, Pookies flooded the island once again. Herbert wanted revenge against the island, and so he bought pookies. He equipped them with Brain Boxes and formed them into armies. They were equipped with a combination of technology available to Herbert, either by purchase, or stealing.

--Herbert organized his military into three groups, Army, Company, and Squad. The Army was his entire land-based military, each Company would control each room and capture it for Herbert. Squads were based for combat, Herbert devised this structure for simplicity. Although he was a genius, (In his opinion) he relied on intelligently modified pookies. These Pookies would act as Generals for Herbert. He adjusted their Brain Boxes to make them smarter, more strategic, and have a pool of tactical knowledge.

--Herbert with his Pookie Generals came up with several plans to capture the Island. Herbert needed an Air Force, Navy, and Army, CP-CG recruited aerial EPF teams to provide aerial reconnaissance. Rockhopper trained EPF Agents to learn the way of seafaring. The Migrator was upgraded with modern technology and could bombard Herbert's land forces. Club Penguin's Air Force could also bomb his forces, transport agents, supplies, and equipment throughout the island. Herbert only had 2,000 Pookies forces available for his entire military. The EPF massed 6,000 alone, and CP-CG hired 10,000 penguins to serve as Citizen-Soldiers. He was greatly outnumbered, although he had a technological advantage.

--Herbert calculated that each Pookie could kill 3 EPF Agents, or 5 Citizen-Soldiers. Although CP-CG was supplied with technology, and equipment from the EPF. They're troops were in-experienced, un-trained, and they only had moderate weapons, gadgets, and armor. Yet despite this advantage, Herbert could only take out one enemy, either the EPF, or the CP-CG. Herbert would need to invest in an alliance to win the island.

Part 2: War[]

Chapter 1: An Alliance[]

--Herbert visited the University for help from the preps. The Pookies had told him about their neighbors and Herbert immediately set foot for them. The Preps were a nation of their own, they had their own government, military, and more. Their government was based on a council of the most talented preps in subjects of penguins. Art, Science, Math, History, Dance, Music, and much more. The leader of this Council which was voted by the Council unanimously must train with the other Councilors to master everything in the penguin subjects. The leader is called The Knowledgeable One to third class preps. The Council regard her as The One.

--Once The One has taken office, her native subject is replaced by a new councilor. Each Councilor controls a clan, the clan is dedicated to their subject. The Councilor is appointed by the Prep Officers. Prep Officers have to prove themselves before becoming what they are today. They command their own Preps, and are very elite compared to the normal Preps. This government is modeled to The One's wishes, the Preps' Headquarters is located in the University. The Classroom contains the Council, while the cafeteria has Prep Officers and Prep soldiers. The Stadium acts as a training ground for elite and experienced troops.

--When Herbert learned about the Preps' sophisticated, yet complicated system, he grew a headache. He later met The One, they came across a deal that took a lot of arguing, haggling, and debating. " Look Herbert, unless you want to win this war, you will have to accept my offer. " said The One. " Oh no, my strategy is much more planned out and intelligent than what you can come up in a thousand years. " snatched Herbert. The One gave a glaring look at Herbert. " I'm smarter than you Herbert. " said The One. " So unless you accept this deal, you can raise that army by yourself. " With a grumble, Herbert signed the paper document that would bring the Pookies and Preps to an alliance.

Chapter 2: Planning[]

--The Preps made a pact with Herbert, stating that Herbert would have access to the inner-circle of military development and technology. He would also be supplied 1/5 of the Prep military force. The Preps had grown well and strong with advanced diets, and nutrition. Each Warrior could take out 3 Pookie Soldiers, 5 EPF Agents, or 10 Citizen-Soldiers. The Preps had a force of 35,000 troops overall. Although Herbert would only get 1/5 of their army division. The Preps have 15,000 Army Troops, and so Herbert was supplied with 3,000 of them. However, Herbert would only have access to them for 1 penguin year. Although The Pookies and Preps would be allies for 3 penguin years to come.

--Herbert was now enjoying his advantage. He had 5,000 troops at his disposal, he also enjoyed a great technological advantage. Although Herbert had Prep technology available to him. He refused to use it on behalf of his own ego. His arrogant ways and selfishness made him deny the technology. The Pookie Generals secretly used the Prep Warriors however, and it would come to save Herbert's strategy. The Pookie Generals would send the 1,000 Preps to take care of the CP-CG, and 2,000 for the EPF. They could manage the capture of the rest of the island with Herbert's Pookie Forces.

--When Herbert entered the meeting room, he was greeted by the Pookie Generals. They set to discuss how the pookies would plan their attack. They also told Herbert that the EPF and CP-CG would not be a problem due to economical problems (basically they lied). Using Herbert's Military Set-up, they divided the Military into 3 branches. Air Force, Army, and Navy, the Army would have 1,000 soldiers or 10 companies. The Air Force and Navy would have 500 soldiers each or 5 companies.

--Herbert would send Army Company 1 to handle the Ski Hill, 2 to handle the Beach, Lighthouse, and Docks, 3 to round up the penguins in the Igloo Village and capture them as prisoners. Company 4 alone will have to take on rebels in the Snow Forts, penguins that are not able to fight in the CP-CG or EPF, and take to their own means in combat. Company 5 would handle the Plaza, and Company 6 would handle the forest and Cove. Company 7 would alone have to take the Iceberg, since it would delay time making waiting for Company 6 to finish up before being shipped to the Iceberg. Company 8, and 9 would take on the Dojo together since the Ninjas are well trained in combat and pose a great threat. Company 10 would act as reinforcements for any Company that has trouble.
