Well, there's no easier way of doing it, but i've been thinking about it for the last few month, and i've decided that it's a good idea to resign now. It's been exactly 3 years since i got my admin right earlier this December (Penguinstorm300 gave me and Mixer these rights without discussing or per a community vote :P feels like it was just yesterday), and i'm not interested to keep my admin rights any longer than that.
So yeah, again, it's been a little over 3 years. I've decided that it's enough time for keeping these rights, though i'm resigning a little late, per the delay in the release of a few wiki features (aka the Lazy Walrus Syndrome). There are still many things that i haven't got to do as an admin, but there will be plenty of time to do that later; I'm not quitting or anything, and the unfinished work can wait for now.
Although i don't quit, i wanted to write this blog especially to thank you guys- whether you're active or not- for keeping the Club Penguin Wiki alive (wiki != chat, for this purpose), and simply for making it a fun place to visit, edit, and a great place for meeting interesting users and learning new stuff. Without that, all there is to do as an admin is to expand stuff that you like; it's fun but it's just not the same. Since Wolf is active and Awesome should come back after the holidays, there should be at least one active bureaucrat every day, so i'm not worried about that.
