Mascot: Aunt Arctic, Rookie
Storyline: One day, while Aunt Arctic was exploring the Library at the Book Room, she discovered a book about countries. Intrigued, she decided to host her own party, the World Country Party! This party would be to celebrate the countries of the world. Penguins were able to explore each room decorated like countries, as well as party rooms such as the "United Nations Meeting", "Country Library", and the "Country Dance", only for members that dance. This was a big party, and had brought upon the little island of Club Penguin much more cultures they had not heard of before. Penguins could also fly from the returning Airport, this time from more than 20 countries, as well as other penguins igloos!
