S.O.S.A, or Stop Online Sockpuppeting Act is a rule made by me. This is not yet official but this needs to be applied, for my opinion. If you do not agree with this, fine, whatever. I just feel like people should not sockpuppet. So, feel free to discuss this on the comments.
