One day in Equestria, a giant meteor crashed into Princess Twilight's castle. The meteor seemed to infect Princess Luna with a virus known as Moon virus. Princess Luna then turned into Nightmare Moon and she flew out without a fight. Nightmare Moon flew to Club Penguin Island causing Penguins to be worried about what the shadows were of. One penguin told the EPF about this and the EPF decided to stop this situation. The Director then sent Rookie, Dot, Jet Pack Guy, Gary, and the rest of the EPF on a mission to stop the person who is doing the shadows.

While in the woods, Nightmare Moon teams up with the MLP Villains and the CP Villains. The villains then make a castle together guarded by Herbert's robots, Snow Minions, and Changelings. Meanwhile at Equestria, Princess Twilight sends The Mane Six on a journey to turn Nightmare Moon back to Princess Luna.

The Mane Six are in the woods. When suddenly, Zero appears and nearly destroys them. The Mane Six use the magic of friendship to defeat Zero. Zero was almost destroyed but he decided to help The Mane Six turn Nightmare Moon back to Princess Luna. Meanwhile in Dreamland, Kirby finds a letter from King DeDeDe.
It says:
Dear Kirby,
I SURRENDER! I WILL BE ON YOUR SIDE FOR NOW ON! I PROMISE TO NEVER HURT YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS!

King DeDeDe.
Kirby then went to Dedede castle and helped King DeDeDe cure a Waddle Dee from the Moon Virus. Bass suddenly broke into the castle and stole the cure. Bass then became infected with the Moon Virus and started going haywire. He then joined Nightmare Moon's side.

Everybody took a very long vacation. Finally, they came back. The Wikia and Youtube Sides have joined the battle as friends. Meanwhile, at Equestria, a letter (A Stupid Penguin sent it (He never went on CP and he is NOT one of you guys. I just made up the Stupid Penguin)) was sent to Princess Celestia saying "Equestria is stupid. It should be in the Underworld (I didn't make him say Hell since it's a bad word on CP)". Princess Celestia was almost angry. When one Pony secretly read it, they thought it meant a declare of war, so they got things to arm them then headed towards Club Penguin Island. They knew it was an Island, so they made boats and headed to Club Penguin Island. Meanwhile, some penguins were at the lighthouse playing around, until, 1 by 1, they used to telescope only to see the Ponies coming straight towards the Island. Nightmare Moon was happy to see it at her castle. The Red Penguin of the group called the EPF. Jet Pack Guy was angry and told him that he and the agents were busy, but Rookie told him that they can take a break of finding the shadows. JPG said "Fine", so they went to the Penguin Group. The group pointed to the incoming Ponies. When the Ponies saw the Penguins looking at them, they all threw one of their arms at the Penguins. The friend group was severely hurt, while the EPF Agents remained unharmed. The Agents then got the friends to safety in the HQ. The group then turned into EPF Agents to help the EPF defeat the wave of Ponies.

The Ponies have invaded the Island. Innocent Penguins have taken shelter to escape the raging Ponies. EPF Agents defended against the Ponies. Rooms were burnt. The EPF Command Room was destroyed. The Island was nothing but chaos because of the war. While looking at the weakened Agents, the civilians started to fight back just like they did when the super villains invaded the Island. The Ponies were getting weakened by the civilians. They felt like they were being pushed out of their enemy's land. They actually were. Eventually, the Ponies were thrown at the waters of Club Penguin Island, only to see Ponies in Fighter Jets, Armored Ponies, Ponies in Battleships, Ponies with Jet Packs, Fire breathing Ponies, and Ponies in Tanks coming straight towards their island. Meanwhile in Nightmare Moon's Castle, the Yourself Team has got inside. The Mane Six also got in. Both teams saw the horror of the Moon Virus captive. Ecpg and Fluttershy touched the glass, causing the 2 teams to meet each other. The Moon Virus started to turn into a swarm, then, suddenly, destroy the glass. Weirdly, nobody was effected by the Moon Virus. Tusk went to see what was going on, but was possessed by the Moon Virus as it's new host. The Teams prepared to face the now more-powerful Tusk.

The Wikia side is trying to fix the Fourth Wall after a flood striked after it broke last time. Severals Users went to get moderators and admins and other people with rights. After 7 hours, the wall was fixed. Youtube was flooded by the water. The Youtube Side declared war on the Wikia Side. 2 wars were going at the same time. Meanwhile, at CP Island, the Penguins were still having trouble fighting the Ponies. Suddenly, backup came and helped fight the Ponies. The Ponies got scared and fled. When the ponies reached Equestria, they were already planning their second attack. Back at Nightmare Moon's castle, Tusk has buried Fluttershy and Ecpg in snow. Stickman tried to kick his face, but Tusk blocked it and trapped Stickman in a crystal made out of ice. Rarity threw crystals at Tusk. Tusk actually got hurt. Tirek, Herbert, Bass, Mr. L, Seelkadoom, Protobot, Trixie, Queen Chrysalis, Discord, and Sunset Shimmer came to the scene but were taken out by the Moon Virus. Applejack and Ifell uppercutted Tusk. Tusk threw Ice Spikes at both of them. Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie dashed towards Tusk. Using the Moon Virus swarm, Tusk knocked Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie out. Twilight Sparkle was the only one left. Twilight Sparkle blasted Tusk with magic, but Tusk stopped it. Tusk then used the Moon Virus to mind control Twilight Sparkle. Twilight Sparkle's eyes turned white in a very familiar appearance (It looks like Herobrine's Eyes, but it doesn't scare anyone).

Nearly all Penguins have fainted. The awake ones shot lasers at the Ponies. The Penguins thought they won, until the rest of the Ponies (except for Princess Luna, Princess Celestia, and the Mane Six) came, including a robot Pony. The Penguins were shocked, causing them to call out their own Robot, Super Mecha Penguin 9000! The Ponies left the island on their boats, with Robo-Pony (the name of the robot Pony) the only pony remaining. Super Mecha Penguin 9000 fired missiles. Robo-Pony shot lasers and fired nukes. Super Mecha Penguin was almost destroyed. With a finishing attack, Robo-Pony "destroyed" Super Mecha Penguin 9000, but it was revealed that Robo-Pony actually destroyed a Penguin that sacrificed his life to save Super Mecha Penguin 9000. Super Mecha Penguin 9000 and Robo-Pony shot a giant laser at each other. They both exploded. Back at Nightmare Moon's castle, the teams escaped being useless in battle. The Moon Virus quickly passed on to Nightmare Moon, infecting Nightmare Moon's minions with the Moon Virus. The heroes hurried to the top of the castle to battle Nightmare Moon, only to be surrounded by Twilight Sparkle. Stickman, the Mane Six, and Ifell thought Twilight was still good and didn't attack her, but Ecpg knew that Twilight was infected by the Moon Virus. Ecpg attempted to drill kick Twilight, but Ifell stopped him. Twilight Sparkle then used her magic to trap our heroes in a cage so Nightmare Moon can infect them. Suddenly, the Youtube Side and Wikia Side crashed into the castle and accidentally made Twilight faint. SkyDoesMinecraft set the heroes free with a Butter Key. Stick healed Twilight. Some Puffles joined the heroes. Nightmare Moon's minions have approached the heroes. The heroes are ready for the fight for their lives.

Elsa the Conqueror invaded Nightmare Moon's Castle and raised the intensity of grass around it. Zero came and tried to slice all the grass, but was swallowed by a vast grass wave. Elsa then joined the side of Nightmare Moon, but was easily killed by X, who had Fire Wave equipped. X was then sealed in a dark cage. The Other Mega Mans appeared to stop Nightmare Moon, but were also sealed. Deadlox got angry and headbutted Nightmare Moon. The rest of the heroes fought Nightmare Moon's minions. The EPF crashed in and tried to arrest Nightmare Moon. It failed. Jet Pack Guy threw the handcuffs at Nightmare Moon. Nightmare Moon broke the handcuffs. Gary prepared to fight, and the fight between them began.
