Sponsored Party Complaints

Recently I've noticed that lots of players have been complaining about all of the "Takeover" parties we are getting. I think it's time I told you just how much this offends me. Club Penguin works very, very hard to make these fun parties for us players, and people just complain. Now I realize that you can't please everybody, and I realize that not everybody is going to like every party. There have been some parties that I wasn't too fond of, and there were some that I loved. But just remember this: Club Penguin is doing this for us. They don't make these parties for themselves. They make these parties for us players to have fun, and to introduce us to other franchises. Whenever I hear someone say "Oh great, another ad party," it bothers me. None of there parties are advertisements. All of the companies sponsored in these parties are owned by Disney, and Disney owns Club Penguin, so these parties are totally acceptable. Club Penguin has yet to stray from it's "Ad Free Gaming" policy. There are no ads in Club Penguin. "Old CP" and "New CP" are the same thing. And the "era of Spike Hike" nonsense is silly. Billybob himself said that Spike Hike has been part of the Club Penguin team since the very beginning. Billybob and Spike Hike have worked together on CP since the beginning, and Billybob would put his trust in the hands of nothing less than his Second Lead Developer. Club Penguin is what it always has been, a safe, virtual world, where kids of any age can interact together and make new friends. It's time to accept the fact that we can't have the same parties every year. If we had the same old parties every year, Club Penguin would become very boring very quickly. I'm not trying to be rude to anyone, and I respect your opinion, but please consider this before complaining. Bottom line: Club Penguin is not ruined. And if you hate it so much, you are allowed to quit. You're not obligated to stay. If you don't like Club Penguin anymore, then feel free to try a different game. There are lots of fun options out there! Thank you.
