Hello everyone,
If you've been following some CP blogs around the web, you might have noticed that it's been speculated there's an upcoming pirate party of some sort, even stated by Trainman in this post. I haven't paid much attention to cp sneak peeks, but i think i've found another peice of evidence to support this theory. While going through the paths file (i've been looking for files related to the Halloween party actually), i noticed the following part of code:
"w.avatarsprite.pirate.woodensword":"avatar\/sprites\/pirate_wooden_sword.swf"
This line of code directs to this file (which doesn't exist, as for now), but files under the avatar directory are items or other types of props that are attached to penguins or mascots (such as the small boats in the river during Operation: Puffle, or the karts from Turbo Race 3000). So i suspect that if such a party is out, we'd probably have duels or fights of some sort. No official content has been released about it, but unless CP is spreading around easter eggs (if that's how i may refer to it), it seems like it's another proof for a pirate-related party.
So what do you think about it? Do you have another theories about the issue, or maybe some other comments or ideas? Please comment and share your thoughts :)
