What Is Left of Sleet?

Previously in the earlier years of "Club Penguin", players would hang out and have a superb time on "Sleet". Famous penguins would often log onto the server as well. However, Sleet has been declining prominence for the past year or two. It is a real shame that It has to come to this. Do you guys feel the same way?
