The Water Party 2008 was a party in Club Penguin held from June 13 to 17, 2008. The reason this party was thrown was to celebrate the 1st anniversary of the flood, caused in the Cave by a crab that broke one of the windows at the first Water Party.

Trivia
- Players were able to throw water balloons instead of snowballs.
- This was the only appearance of the Mega Whale party room.
- This was the last summer-themed party in Club Penguin before the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam.
- Klutzy made an appearance at the Underground Pool.
- In the lower right corner of the screen, in every room, there was a hose, which sprayed water when it was clicked, even in rooms that were not decorated.
