The Wishmaker 3000 was an invention made by Gary the Gadget Guy. If the red button on it was pressed, it would start blowing the top part of the anniversary cake off, revealing free 3rd Year Party Hats. It only appeared during the 3rd Anniversary Party.
A similar machine appeared at the set for The Haunting of the Viking Opera, which would blow wind at the viking ship's sails if a button on the Switchbox 3000.
